We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. At Hidden Hook Outfitters, we want you to love your gear, but if it’s not the right fit (or it’s just not catching fish), we’re here to make returns easy and hassle-free.
🚀 The “Didn’t Catch a Fish” Guarantee
We know the frustration of tying on new gear, casting for hours, and coming up empty. If you’ve given one of our products a real chance and it hasn’t helped you land a fish, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
🎯 What counts as a real chance?
- You’ve actually fished with it—not just looked at it in your tackle box.
- You’ve tried different spots, retrieval speeds, or setups, and still no bites.
- You’re convinced it’s the product, not the fish (hey, we all have off days).
Fishing should be fun, and we stand by our products. If our gear isn’t making your time on the water better, we’ll make it right. No hassle, no runaround.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the purchase date to return an item.
- Condition: Unused items must be in new condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. If you tested it and weren’t impressed, we’ll still take it back under our Didn’t Catch a Fish Guarantee—no worries.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
How to Return an Item:
1️⃣ Email us at Taylor@hiddenhookoutfitters.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2️⃣ Pack it up securely with all accessories and documentation.
3️⃣ Write the RAN clearly on the package.
4️⃣ Ship it back to the address we provide (we recommend using a trackable method).
💰 Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days (your bank may take longer to reflect the refund).
🔄 Want to Exchange Instead?
If you need a different size, style, or product, just return the original item and place a new order for what you want. This ensures you get the right item as quickly as possible.
⚠️ A Few Exceptions
- Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as final sale and aren’t eligible for return or exchange.
- Damaged or Defective Items? If you receive something damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
